Tap @ Peders. Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, vanilla, strawberries, rhubarb and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 121123

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy peach with an amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart rhubarb and strawberry with some sweet grains and a bit of vanilla underlying. Flavor has a good amount of rhubarb, tart apple and tart strawberry with vanilla and a hint of cinnamon in the finish.
