Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Cask @ The Wellington Arms, Bedford. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

Cask @ Wellimgton Arms, Bedford. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 130220

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5

Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre April Fest 08. Copper with lasting cream head. Bit buttery. Faint hop on finish. Diacetyl, not much, but definitely there, which means that I’m not keen.
