We teamed up with Lallemand to create a juicy full bodied pale. This challenged both our capability as brewers and the market that this beer fits in to. An 8 gram per litre dry hopped charge is all this beer needed to bring it in to the spotlight it deserves. Watch this space for an even lower juicer pale in the coming months.

Rocky white head left a lemon coloured still body. Medium bodied thinning out on the back. Bitter citrus, pithy, saccharin & yeast tastes with a tangy finish. Deece

Can from Drew at Boutilliers, very kind of him. Hazy pale gold colour lasting thin white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with a little tropical fruit which is the Mosaic I guess. Good fullness and very drinkable for such a low ABV beer. I thought very good flavour. Good fruit. Surprisingly good.
