Gravity cask at the Draymans Son, Ely.light golden and clear with a thin white head. Good bit of lacing around the glass. Gooseberry, pineapple and garden flowers in the aroma with a light metallic scent. Juicy taste, sweet with a gentle hoppy bitterness in the finish, accompanied by a little fruit rind sourness. Body's quite thin and this highlights the lack of carbonation. A good pale ale highlighting the hops used.
