Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2023) im 2022-07 getrunken. Dieses trübe dunkelgelbe Cider hat eine deutliche Apfelsäure. Aber ein recht schwachen Körper, so daß der Körper sehr kurz ist. Auch wenn das Apelaroma sehr deutlich ist fehlt mir hier ezwas die Balance.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Dry, somewhat astringent tannins in the nose. Mediium body, more carbonation than Lystig and also drier and more challenging. Go for Lystig if you're an inexperienced cider drinker. 220618

DØE. Hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and apple peel. Flavour is apples, apple peel, sweet, citric and a little dry.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is crip fruity, bretty. Dry, citric. Smooth fruity. Mellow. Lingring fruity and crisp apples finish.
