A golden coloured biscuity beer loaded with a whole host of Dr Rudi and Pacific Gem Hops. We have dry hopped it with one of our favourites, Wakatu to deliver subtle lemon and lime flavours with floral notes. A perfect beer for the early summer months.

Cask @ Wellington, Birmingham. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 250717

Cask @ Wellington, Birmingham. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, grass, straw and hops. Nice light bitter finish.

Cask at the Bootlegger, 05/07/17. Clear golden with a decent off white head. Nose is orange marmalade, straw, grains, lemon rind. Taste comprises tangerines, straw, grains, twiggy, melon, light bready notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with modest bitterness. Average golde ... perhaps not in the best condition?
