From BIAB at the Grantham Beer Festival 2021. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apple, slight funky mucky notes. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, soft to flat carbonation.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet and sour apples, fruits, little sulphur and has a nice sour finish. Nice one.

Draught at Station House, Durham. Golden colour, no head and apple & horseblanket aroma. Taste is tart apple, with barnyard notes and dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Not sweet! Nicely drinkable

From bag in a box. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry zesty apples. Citric, crisp, fruity and mild zesty. Dry and smooth apples fruity. Citric and sulphoris finish.
