Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear copper with a foamy, khaki head. Light sweet flavour with some tangy citrus that seems out of place, but of pine, lightly toasted malts. Medium bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Lightly oily finish, some piney resin, more tangy citrus almost suggestive of infection, toasted malts. So so overall.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy deep amber body with a thick beige head that holds well. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee, orange and pine. Flavour of caramel and tangy grapefruit. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. An excellent example of the style - piney and bittersweet.

Can at home, 19th April 2024. Pours a reddish brown. Aroma is caramel, aromatic, malts, pith. Taste is bright, aromatic, pithy, malts, citrus and pine. Good RIPA
