Lager di ispirazione bavarese fermentata con lievito di Frisinga. Solo malto dell’azienda familiare RHÖN-MALZ GmbH di Mellrichstadt, zona storica in cui si ricavava la maggior parte di orzo per la produzione di birra. Luppoli tedeschi Northern Brewer, Tettnanger e la nuova cultivar Diamant selezionata dall’Hop Research Center di Hüll; un'acqua con particolare profilo salino che esalta la pulizia degli esteri fermentativi e gli aromi dei luppoli tedeschi. Aromi di cereali, fieno, muschio, boisè. Gusto erbaceo, delicate note maltate e ligneo. Servire a 6 - 8 ºC. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, luppolo, lievito.

On tap at Lambrate - Golgi, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of grassy hops, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with lots of straw, grassy hops, and crisp crackery malt. Crisp, well-hopped and clean. Well-made.

Tap at Lambrate Brewpub and Restaurant, Milan, 26th March 24. Pours off clear and straw in colour. Aroma is slightly tart, grassy. Taste is bitter, grassy, some sour. Not bad

Golden, clear with medium white head. A grainy, malt and straw aroma. Light bitter with a malt and straw end.

can bb11/1/22 chiara dorata limpida buona schiuma piuttosto persistente naso delicatamente maltato crackers poi un a nota leggermente citrica erbacea in bocca bilanciata non molto amara
