Can. A mild to medium haze on this distinctly yellowish gold beer, small and short lived off white head. Light smooth palate decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light smooth pale malts, a fairly forward creamy sweetness - a little floral with it. Galaxy hops provide cooling pine and a modest citrus and tropical fruit spectrum. Fair dose of candy fruits before it comes to a light finish. Hmm! It's not a bad brew in it's own right but for me, it needs a lot more Galaxy welly. A bit over polite.

500ml can as part of a delivery from the Fuss Club and drunk at home. Light yellow and hazy with a small uneven loose ring of white head. I love a nice Galaxy aroma and this certainly doesn’t disappoint: it’s got a lemon, stone fruit and pineapple thing going on. A little astringent. Taste is a bit overeager. Intense and oniony. I would bet that if I give it 20 minutes it’ll calm down. I guess I’m overeager too. Small sips bring out more of the lemon cream aspect, some grassy notes. Bitterness in the finish, more astringency comes out. Medium-weighted body, carbonation on the heavy side. Kinda messy but still good. I have high hopes for this brewery.
