Draught @ Kaffee Bazaar, Ypres. My 4,000th brewery! Pours a slightly misty gold, thin sheet of white foam. Lovely welcoming wild nose with a shadowy fruitiness. Delicate depth, light but characterful fruity accents with a brisk wintery sour prickle. Really good.

0,75l bottle from Drikbeer webstore. Safnad 06.07.20, bruggad 24.11.22, aflösku 23.03.23. Flaska nr 300. Bit hazy yellow beer with huge and stable, cloudy white head. Aroma has yeast and fruity citrusy notes. Flavor too with small tart twist. Very drinkable.
