Slight pink tint to this amber brew. Smell is a little apple like and yeasty. Taste is a little farmy for a cider with some chalk. Decent co2. In the end it comes across like a mild mannered fruit cider without much unfermented sugars. Well mannered and easy to get along with, somewhat like homemade but better. Starts to get cloudy near the end because of all the yeast I'm stirring up.

Sample at the Columbus taproom during the Can Taproom Release: Barrel-Aged Panic Switch event on 10/06/2018. This Cider is a slightly hazy reddish-copper color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of stone fruits, spice and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of peach, apple, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a peach aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled on draft at Hugo's this cider poured a red-pink color with a medium sized foamy pink-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was apple and faint berry. The flavor was semi tart with berries, yeast and apple. Medium length finish. Medium body.
