Pour is a bright reddish with a large white head. Aroma is that white icing that is on carrot cake mostly vanilla. Flavor is more vanilla and that about does it. Once the head fizzes away this is super flat. finish is thin but leaves a nice vanilla on the tongue. This was one of those gimmick beers that fell way flat.

Can. A- Cooked carrots, brown sugar. A- Orange color, opaque liquid, no head. T- Carrots, brown sugar, vanilla, slightly bitter, mild sweetness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly astringent finish. O- Wow, this was about as orange of a beer as any orange colored liquid I've ever seen. No question this is a carrot beer. Aroma was actually great and taste was good but not quite on par with the nose. The finish was a bit off, but what to you expect from a beer like this. Very much a novelty but I really enjoyed it. Reminded me of Easter dinner. I bet it's be really good fresh.
