Third by cask, shared with Finn on the third day of GBBF Winter 20, Iron Bridge Bar. A beige bubbly head over a plain black body, scattered lacing. Ashy chocolate aromas. Roasted chocolate malts to the taste buds sustain by cocoa powder and a bite of dark berries. Roasted ending. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Tried at the Hop and Barley, Lincoln. Deep ruby to black colour with a thin tan head. Aroma is roasted, malty and light toffee sweet, as is the taste.

Cask gravity at Nottingham BF 2007. Black beer with brown edges. Stouty/cereal aroma. Bit of charcoal on aroma. Decent stout. Bit too charcoaly sooty for me. Nice roasted kick on finish.
