Bottle. A- Apple cider vinegar, tart raspberry. A- Mahogany color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Vinegar, raspberries, jammy, slightly acidic. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly acidic finish. O- Very tasty. Lots of vinegary notes loaded up with raspberry. Reminds me a lot of the offerings I've had from Russian River. Definitely hope to visit this place next time I'm in Ohio.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a slightly hazy ruby-red color with a medium pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of raspberry, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a tart raspberry character and notes of mildly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a raspberry aftertaste. Good beer all around.
