Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Draft. A- Mild banana, subtle spice. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Banana, bubble gum, clove. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- More tripel than saison I'd say. The spice doesn't really indicate much peppercorn or farmhouse yeast notes. I get a love of banna and clove. Decent enough.
