Bottle. A- Passion fruit, hay. A- Golden yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Tangy, passion fruit, saison yeast, mild pepper. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly tangy finish. O- Had about 6 months after the drink by date...bummer, as this was still pretty good. Bet it is great fresh. Passion is there and brings a forward tartness and tang to the beer. The Belgian yeast gives off a fairly big saison influence...pepper, hay, etc. Enjoyed this one and probably underrated it.

Bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is big passion fruit brett citrus and spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet passion fruit brett spice citrus hops and a crisp end.
