Draft. A- Cocoa. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. P- Pretty solid. More like a big brown ale than RIS. Lots of cocoa.

On draught at the tap room. Pours inky black with a medium foamy beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt, yeast and coffee. Medium body with flavors of burnt malt, dark chocolate, coffee and earthy yeast. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
