This iteration of our flagship mixed fermentation farmhouse beer was aged in foudre no 1 for five months , before further ageing on oodles of fresh raspberries. A riot of sweet berry juiciness and balanced acidity make this a proper summer crusher.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours clear pink-red, effervescent, with a fizzy, fading white-pink topping. Light sweet flavour with notes of tart raspberry, a little lemon, slight seedy bitterness. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, further juicy-tart raspberry, a little strawberry, citric acidity. Good one overall.
