[ As Clarkshaws Third Birthay Pale Ale ].Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt, nutty notes, light to moderate hoppy, grass, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, hay - straw, pale malt, dusty, nutty notes. Cask at London Brewers’ Market. Pours unclear orange with a big, frothy white head. The nose has a little citrus peel, dry pale malts. Light sweet flavour with more dry, pale bread, light bitter citrus rind, some minerals, hay. Light bodiednwith fine carboantion; decent condition. Finishes with some grassy and rindy bitterness, further crispy pale malts. Not bad.
