We don’t brew Brown Ales often, but when we do, we love them. This one takes inspiration from a team visit to Simpsons Malt, where we tasted a variety of grains throughout the malting process. An impressive 9 different malt varieties build an incredible base of flavour, with Mosaic, Strata and HBC630 hops bringing berry and tropical fruit highlights.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 1st October 2024. Deep sepia with tan foam and full lacing. Rich malty aroma with herby notes. Nutty maltiness and bitter chocolate in-mouth and a roasty malt finish. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
