We took Debauchery IV Imperial Stout, asked what you wanted from it, and now give back this beautiful brandy barrel-aged imperial stout packed with Christmas fruit & spices inspired by all the recipes I could muster for Caribbean Black Cake from those crappy food blogs.

Bottle from me brethren. Aroma is certainly gingery, spicy. Doughy. Rum booze and sweetness. Stygian. Thick foamy tan head. Big stuff. Sweet and doughy and gingery. Certainly has ginger cake. Spice. There's a bitter streak in there... Black coffee. Booze. Rum. The ginger gradually provides some heat. Thick bodied. Oily. Lively soft-fizzy carbonation. Yeah... Big thumping sound system of a beer. Has given me the urge to listen to Dub Trio.
