Serviceable. Malty and sweet, some semi-dark fruits, toasted biscuits and crackers, mild leafy hop. Bready, brown bread, whole grains. Basic but drinkable enough.

Bottle at me parents. From Lidl or Aldi. Aroma has full on chestnut and malts. Slightly syrupy. Clear brown. Foamy off-white head. Flavour has chestnuts - nutty as it were- but also a syrupy sweetness. Malts. Bitter woody edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Hits the spot. Should have added as a Flavored beer rather than a Bitter.
