Draft. A- Vinegar, pears. A- Clear color, clear liquid, no head. T- Vinegar, mild pear. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sharp finish. O- My first intro to Saro is a perry not a cider but I had hopes. This was very vinegar forward and really no sweetness. Didn't hate it but I see the need for a lot of growth.
