Dark, brooding and robust, all should bow their heads before the humble porter. Often misunderstood and misappropriated, the real porter is a thing of simple beauty. In its element, the sense of satisfaction you get form a full bodied, roasted coffee, malty chocolatey stout is unparalleled. Respect the elements.

Kicsi, tartós hab, fekete szín. Kakaós, csokis, pörkölt malátás illat. Csokis, kávés, fűszeres és kissé földes ízek. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Kellemes, fűszeres, kissé száraz porter.

bottle from Oddbins Beer Shop, Blackheath. Black pour with a swiftly retreating tan head. Nose of coffee, licorice, raisin, plum pudding. Lots more coffee in the taste complemented by notes of chocolate nut and raisin. Good stuff.
