Can. A- Chocolate, bourbon, oak. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Bourbon, chocolate, roasty, walnuts, vanilla, fudge, soy sauce. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Saved this for some time, drinking on essentially White Elm's second year anniversary. Age did this well. Tons of bourbon. Sad I didn't get to sample the Year Two offering as it looked fantastic. Can 128/325. Wish I had more. I would venture to say this is very similar to Bourbon County Stout, granted I haven't had that in some time.
