Bottle at Lingua. Aroma is full of raspberry. Taste is lightly funky, tart, bit of citrus, slightly yoghurty. Good stuff

Fairly clear pink and rose coloured body with a bit of a haze noticeable, especially near the top, along with a thinnish and single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of funk, brett, dry grainy malt, some biscuits, a lot of yeast and bready scents with a dash of alcohol and a tiny amount of raspberries. Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong crisp and grainy malty notes with a lot of bread and biscuity dry flavours with the ever-present funky yeast brett flavours that show nice, but a crisp and showing a lot of the typical Prairie flavours. Aftertaste shows a tiny bit of sweetness with a lot of dry flavours, only a touch of raspberries and ending with much more of a saison-y finish with just the malt and brett yeast coming through. Overall, a nice and enjoyable, dry, and especially crisp beer with a ton of flavours throughout, but not so much of the raspberries. I sampled this 50 cL bottle purchased from Spec's Liqour in Dallas, Texas on 11-November-2015 for US$7,46 sampled at home in Washington on 30-June-2019, nearly four years later.

1 pint bottle at Beer Inn Mugishutei, Sapporo, Japan. Press hazy, orange gold, with abundant and persistent white foam, fine. Aroma is definitely raspberry. Body is just above average, with intense carbonation. Taste is medium sour, just minimal sweetness or bitterness. Finish is of regular length with some sour residue in the mouth.

Has a great cream foamy head and foggy pink body. Aroma of sour peaches, rose wine, lambic hints and barn hay. Flavour is heavy acidic fruit notes with peach skins, tannins of apircot and a whole lot of woody vanilla. Good medium mouthfeel vibe and oily just enough. It’s a great mix of barnhouse funkiness and soft sour ale sophistication.
