On tap at El Bait Shop. Pours a cloudy reddish amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is tart raspberry forward with earthy grain and a hint of funk. Flavor has mainly sweet raspberry with a light tartness and a grain backbone.

On tap at Beer Revolution. It pours a light muddy salmon color with a white head. The aroma has lots of funk, raspberry syrup, light ruby red grapefruit and yeast. The flavor is very yeast heavy, funky with a chewy body and hints of raspberry. A little pepper in the finish. Muddled flavor because of the suspended yeast, but I couldnt help but like it. Tasty.

Served in wine glass at Side Project. Murky reddish with lots of carbonation. Raspberry aroma and sour flavor, with a bittersweet long finish. Not crazy about the finish, but a very nice ale nevertheless.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/17/2015. Pours hazy reddish orange color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart raspberry, fruit skin, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, hay, straw, grass, pepper, leather, light musty funk, light wheat/cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, raspberries, and light pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart raspberry, fruit skin, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, hay, straw, grass, pepper, leather, light musty funk, light wheat/cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of yeast spiciness and light fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of raspberry, pineapple, peach, pear, apple, hay, straw, grass, pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, raspberries, and light pale malt flavors; with a great malt, yeast spice, and fruit tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from carbonation and yeast spiciness as well. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and lightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent fruited Brett saison. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, raspberries, and light pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.
