Tap at Pita Kabob in Visalia. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-orange with moderate white head. The raspberry is slightly strong with some of the rustic aspects being lost.

Half liter bottle thanks to crajun and shared at the February MDF tasting. Hazy pink with a large fizzy offwhite head, good retention. Aroma of raspberry, bready malt yeast, spice, mild brett. The taste is raspberry, bready malt, yeast, spice. Medium bodied, high carbonation.

Tap at DC Hamamatsu. Huge raspberry nose, creamy, some lactic acid, lemon. Lovely. Very cloudy orange-pink with lace. Smooth and creamy, nice tartness. Very smooth, great balance.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a hazy pink lemonade color with a nice champagne-like head that lingers throughout. Barnyard nose with some light tartness present. Wet hay, grass, gooseberry, lemon zest and lime all stand out with raspberry noticeable in the background. Above average carbonation with a light-ish body. Hides the abv fairly well, but as it warms some light booze is noticeable on the finish. The raspberry balanced well with the farmhouse base. Good tartness on the palate. Pours like pink lemonade, moderate filtration, with a finger and a half of clean white foam. The nose shows a mix of corn malts and brett with a bigger emphasis on the brett. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Flavors of malt mixed with brett once again with a heavier emphasis on the brett. Light tartness on the first impression and the mid-palate. Alot of raspberry flavor appear on the finish and the linger to give a somewhat sweet fruit aftertaste. On a second swig, the raspberries make a big appearance throughout in the background. Another one to Prairie.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pink lemonade, medium white creamy head, good lacing. Aroma is strong Brett, barnyard, dust, sweatsocks, raspberries, stems and seeds. Flavor is dry, huge Brett funkiness, more raspberry seeds. Medium body, high carbonation. Got a bit more balanced as it warms, but its really the Brett show.

Pours cloudy dark pinkish color with big light pink head. Raspberry aroma with some funky earthiness. Tart raspberry flavor with some grassy, earthy, and funky notes. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.

50cl bottle pours a purple, inky pink with some light, pink head. Nose has yogurt and raspberry, earthy, lemon, straw. Flavor is the same, raspberry, yogurty, grass, lemon. Tart finish.
