Draft. A- Ginger. A-Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Ginger, mild citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- Tasted almost like an alcoholic ginger ale soda. That leads me to say that the beer here was not so great, but they did have some darn tasty homemade rootbeer! Apparently not alcohol is the way to go at this brewery. Nothing but ginger in this one.

Keg at the brewpub. Hazy orange, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of strong ginger, pale malt. Taste is much the same with a bit of citrus. Medium bodied, lingering spice. Not shy on the ginger. Nice.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a hazy dark orange-amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, ginger and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart fruit, spicy ginger and malt. The finish is fruity and spicy with a ginger aftertaste. Decent overall.
