Bottle. A- Funky, brett, citrus. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Funky, apples. P- Light body, average texture, effervescent carbonation, funky finish. O- An extreme cider. My cider loving wife grabbed this while at Jester King and man, it felt like a Jester King brew on it's own. Super funky and full of bretty characteristics. More like a chardonnay than a cider from my view. Decent but bold.
