Bottle picked up Buchanan’s Bistro. It pours clear rich gold with a small white. The aroma is lemon, grapefruit, orange sherbet, yoghurt, hay and spice. The aroma is crisp, tart, very fruity upfront, zesty grapefruit, orange, yoghurt, straw and herbal with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A little bit unusual, but not without its charms.
