A MOSAIC-HOPPED ALE BREWED WITH MANGO
The flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing. So, what's at the heart of it? Is it the patient and diligent servant or the committed messenger, through their many routes and vessels? The salient soldier, slinging suds on the front lines daily, or the very brewers themselves? The answer is... we can't tell you here. From seed to sprout to fruit, and back to seed, we're all tangled on the same vine. And while fruit is momentary, the roots hold on for another season. It's all just a matter of perspective...

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sticky, resinous hops, hop packet, caramel, orange. Taste is heavy caramel, bitter finish.

Keg at Canalhouse courtesy of fonefan, thank you! Clear golden color. Nice grapefruit and pineapple aroma. Mixed citrus flavor with decent balance.

Draft @ Beer Ditch, Malmö. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy grapefruit hoppy aroma with weak hints of mango. Fruity malty spicy grapefruit hoppy bitter mango flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

Keg at the Euston Tap, 16/09/15. CA rake # juan K. Clear golden with a well appointed off white covering that retains well. Nose is caramel malt, sweet tropicana, mango flesh, toasted bread, straw. Taste comprises caramel malt, mango, mandarin, hint of peach, Lilt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation with a little prickle, sweetish licks in a semi drying close peppered with subtle hop bitterness. Decent mangofied DIPA.

Keg at Draft House CS. It pours lightly hazy orange - amber with a decent white head. The nose is toasted oats, very juicy tangerine, soft ripe mango, passion fruit, candied peel and crystallized ginger. The taste is crisp, bitter, juicy, minerals, juicy mango, tangerine, stewed orange, alcohol boost, Cointreau, toasty grain, light spice and grass with a dry, citrusy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Juicy and quaffable. Rather nice. Overall.
