Tasted at the Peterborough Beer and Cider Festival 2024 with Grumbo. Aroma of apple, tannins, woody, straw, earthy and floral. Taste is woody, fruity, tangy apple and acidic. Good body and minimal carbonation.

21/8/2024. From BIAB at the 45th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity apple, woody, horse blanket, funky, mucky, citrus, vanilla. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Dry finish. Very nice.
