With hops from the Northern and Southern hemisphere we have created Infinite Horizons. Loaded with oats, dextrin and a touch of crystal T50, this Fog pale has a soft malt bill ready for the layering of Citra, Enigma and Topaz. Citrus and tropical fruits create a cocktail of flavour along with grape, sweet melon and lychee coming from the Enigma and Topaz.

Tap at the Ipswich Beer Festival. Aroma of white grape, grapefruit, stone fruits and tropical fruit. Juicy orange bitterness to finish. Good body as well.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a mild creamy sweetness. The hop delivery suggests a West Coast style with a clean but prominent up front ripe citrus. However, this one also has a good bright tangerine led orangey citrus and well. Crisp cooling pine throughout. Light crisp finish. A slightly curious affair but ultimately, quite quaffable.

25/7/2024. Tap at the 34th Ipswich Beer & Cider Festival. Pours cloudy/murky mustard gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, tropical fruits, earthy, white grape, melon, light herb. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Slightly creamy, average to soft carbonation. Much better BM offering.
