From beerolution, april 2024, canned in 2023. Time to open this can yesterday, at Epalinges after a nice walk in the Lavaux. Good ipa, smooth and malty, yeasty, touch of pineapple, tropical fruits, bitter and citrus, medium body.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. An airy creamy malt base, very nice. Nectaron and NZH106 hops are rather sweet together as in Hepburn and Tracy sweet. Lovely Nectaron stone fruits and tropical fruits. Light pine whisper of skunk. NZH106! Grapey, mild Gooseberry. Erm, this is what Nelson used to be like, well a bit. Nelson was more winey and resinous, these hops are brighter and more fresh juicy. Finishes airy with a mild savoury skunk hop edge and very delicate pinch of hop spice. What a complete delight this dipa is. Pretty much everything you want from a modern hopped dipa along with a lightness of footprint that will suck you in and make you it's bitch.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank pineapple, some sauv grapes and a hint of grass underlying. Flavor has pineapple and a bit of dank grass with a touch of grapes and a sweet grain backbone.
