Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear deepish gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head but it doesn't last long. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin pale malts, sweet enough. Light pine and light and mildly ripe citrus. The Brett is judiciously used here, not that obvious but it does add a mild savoury aspect that elevates this brew. Finishes light and semi dry. Works well. Could imagine sinking a few pints of this whilst recognising that it's not quite a beer to be drinking in to the early hours.

13/6/2024. Can shared by Colin, cheers. Pours very slightly hazy orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is orange, melon, citrus, herb, stone fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Bitter finish.

Can at home, from Craft Beer Central.ie, 28/05/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is orange zest, grass, citric tinged straw, pineapple, mixed tropicana. Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, melon, straw, merest of brett detected. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Tidy IPA ... very subtle on the brett front.

I’m a sucker for a good Brett! Warm and funky, more Brett than IPA. But still def a mild Brett.
