Can at home. Opaque pinkish pour with a white head. Nose is intense raspberry, acidic notes, some rhubarb, citruses, a hint of vanilla. Taste is surprisingly sour right from the first sip, it’s also heavily fruity with notes of raspberry, citruses, rhubarb again and lactic acid touches. There’s a hint of vanilla too. Closes with a sour finish, has a light to medium body and soft to average carbonation. Decent sour, but the pastry character is lost on me tbh.

Аромат необычный даже для крафта. Очень сладкий и даже слегка приторный от ванили и меда, есть еще что то типо зефира со вкусом груши, ягод больше нету особо. Цвет полу мутный, темно красный, пенка небольшая. Вкус еще слаще, много груш уже, есть меда немного а также ваниль уже больше в послевкусие. В целом сладко и прикольно.

3/12/2022. Can shared at the post-Australia Blues beer share. From Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours slightly hazy pale amber bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is crumble, raspberry, tart pear, honey and almond. Medium sweetness, ligth peppery bitterness, medium sour. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry sour finish, with more sweetness and almond developing. Enjoyed this.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A clouded peachy pink coloured pour with a a fine pink head. Aroma is sharp lemon, sharp raspberries, rounded vanilla, green apple.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, puckering tart rhubarb, berries, green apple, light citric acid prickly. Good fun. Palate is semi sweet, super tart, prickly, highish carbonation.. Sharp, super fun.

Keg at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Reddish orange pour with an off white head. Aromas of pear, raspberry jam, red cherries, spot of red grape. Flavours of raspberry jam, vanilla, rhubarb & custard sweets/candies, pear drops. Nice balance of sweet 'n' sour. Very dry.
