The second in a trio of beers where we start to explore different yeasts. In this beer we have used our classic IPA malt base with Citra and Simcoe to bring citrus and dank aromas that meld with the tropical stonefruit character of Cashmere and Bru-1.

13/8/2022. Can from Hopsters, Ipswich, split at the Cardiff GP beer share. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, melon, grass, lemongrass, light herb, hints of onion. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Nice developing bitterness.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 14/01/22. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap Nose is ripe citric flesh, melon, tangerine, grass, pine needle, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, pine resin, papaya, grapefruit, citric tinged straw, grass, melon, tickle of stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent well balanced IPA.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is nice vibrant tropical fruits, tangy pineapple, melon , kiwi. Tropicals fruit salad. Flavour is composed of soft bready grrains, mellow dank, mixed tropicals, melon balls, white grape, juicy fruits. Palate is soft and pillowymoderate carbonation semi crisp finish. Really enjoyable.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pineapple and sponge cake. Flavour of mint and melon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Fruity and juicy. A fantastic IPA.
