12/1/2020. Bottle bought direct from the brewery. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of spicy hops, caramel, malt, fruity and a slight touch of cinnamon biscuit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Quite well done, enjoyed it.

Clear dark amber beer. Semi dry palate. Malty but with something else going on. Ginger? Maybe a little chilli? Finishes dry with a little hop. Interesting! 5th February 2011
Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Clear amber beer with a good off white bubbly head. Slightly sulfurus nose! Bleh! Light semi dry palate. Oranges and dry malt with sulfur poking through. Very dissapointing. I know some people don’t mind sulfur but I cannot abide bad eggs in me beer!
