9/1/2020. Cask at Williams Ale & Cider House, London E1. Pours pale amber with a small bubbly/creamy white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain, fruit, hop and flowers. Medium plus sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, very soft carbonation. Sweet fruity finish. Very sweet overall and minimal bitterness to counter it.

Cask gravity at Ales of the Unexpected Margate. Clear amber colour lasting beige head. I like it. I mean i dont normally like Wantsum beers but this is genuinely good. White pepper hop finish. Sweetish premium bitter malt in mouth. Very tasty and well made and well served. Bitterness continues on the finish.
