Bottle, last of the backlog ratings. Bought whilst on holiday in Dorset. Poured amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hops and flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slight oily watery texture, soft carbonation.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 12/05/2011. Deep amber with a slight white head. Sweet, caramel and berry fruit aroma. Flavour had some toffee, doughy malts and redcurrants, before a bitter finish with a touch of citrus hop. Good.

Cask (Ye Olde George Inn, Christchurch) - Amber with mild carbonation. Fruity aroma with some hoppy grapefruit notes. Hoppy taste with grapefruit, caramel followed by a bitter and fruity finish.
