The first in our series of Kveik beers this session pale combines Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria hops to maximise the orange fruitiness from the Voss Kveik yeast strain. Fermented warm with a double dose of dry hops.

17/01/2020. Cask at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours cloudy dull pale golden orange with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of orange, hops, yeast, light tropical and peachy fruits. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and a touch pf tartness. Slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet, fruity finish. Not bad.
