Bottle. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some floral, wheat and mild dried fruity tones. Flavour is dried fruits, some mild toffee, caramel and mild spiciness and alcohol to it.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, wheat, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, caramel, and dusty hops, leading to a dry, burning alcohol finish.

Bottle 250ml. @ home. [ As Beerbliotek Wheat Wine ].Clear medium to dark brown - red amber color with a virtually not appearance, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, wheat, bread, moderate yeasty, phenol, easters, dried fruit - candy, alcohol - sweet alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dried fruit - candy, belgium yeast, phenol, caramel - bread, sweet malt - sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20161213] 7-3-7-3-15

Draught. Hazy deep brown liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit, citrus, pine, raw sugar, sweet alcohol and toffee. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of sweet alcohol, dried fruit, pine and citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent but a bit boozy.

Bottle, 9.1%. Slightly hazy dark amber/brown with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, dark fruits and a little oxidized, little burned caramel with notes of wheat. Flavour is malt, caramel, wheat, dark fruits, oak, vinous, sweet, notes of alcohol, little sugar and spices.

Copper with a lasting, creamy off-white head. Aroma of bready malt, dried fruit and vineous alcohol. Quite sweet and full bodied flavour of malt and fruit, wwith a hint of licorice, perhaps a touch of phenols, and a little too obvious alcohol
