Flaske (batch 45) fra Coop Extra (Harstad), delt med Johnne: fin ravfarge med ok skum. Myk og behagelig aroma med karamell, ristet brød, røde bær og urter. Rund og balansert smak forsterker det gode inntrykket. God, vegetal bitterhet i avslutningen. Kjøper gjerne denne igjen.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Harstad Amber Ale ].[ Courtesy of Rune ]. Unclear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, bread, caramelized malt, caramel, sweet malt, sulfur notes. Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Ultra low carbonation making this beer very pale. A bit smoked, very bitter. Light body. Boring.

Hazed deep golden color with a fine tan head. Ok lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an ok carbonation. Decent balance between sweetness and bitterness. Bready, roasted, caramel and some unpleasant sour notes in the flavor. Not a beer I will recommend.

500ml bottle, shared with Finn at Bark Spiseri og Bar in Harstad. Cloudy amber-red body, dotted spots on the glass, bubbly filmy layer. Aroma of dark fruits and earthy malts. Tasty with moments of red oranges and brown malts. Smooth malt-fruity finish. Fine bodied. Good food paring with my tuna and cheese sandwich (07.05.2016).
