Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 21/02/21. Hazed orange with a decent just off white covering. Nose is tangy citric zest, light spice, grass, apricot, wood must, light stoned fruit esters. Taste comprises tarte apricot, light funk, sharp citric zest, light acidic throat scrape, damp hay, hint of peach yoghurt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Decent enough easy drinking sour.

13/2/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours cloudy dull orange with a small white head. Aroma of tart apricot, peach and lactose. Medium sour, light bittersweet. Moderate body and average carbonation. Nice tart fruit finish, slightly earthy, liked it.

Can: Poured a bright orange with a white head. Aroma is funky apricot. Taste is tart funky apricot, acidic, grainy.

Can sample at a tasting at Oren's place. Cloudy yellow. Apricot, candy, a bit of marzipan, some lacto, farty note, sourish and a bit sweetish.
