Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a golden yellow with a small off-white head. There’s floral hop, marmalade and a trace of peaches in the aroma. In the mouth it has a syrupy texture, with marmalade and oranges initially. Later floral hops come to be the main flavour along with some hints of generic citrus. Decent and refreshing.
