Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a deep brown with red edges, head was thin tan creamy frothy. Aroma is dark fruit, raisin, light booze, sweet almost lactose like, malty. Taste is sugary, raisin, light rum, roasty malts.

23/1/2021. Fresh crowler shared at the first Ipswich Lockdown 3.0 virtual bottle share. From Tom's Tap & Brewhouse, Crewe. Pours very dark brown with a purple tint and a small off-white to beige head. Aroma doesn't really deliver the rum'n'raisin promised. Moderate sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation. As a milk stout it's fine but I like rum'n'raisin but didn't really get much from this one.
