One off strong pale brewed in honour of our 5th birthday. Nick wishes everyone to know he made up the receipe as he went along - in an attempt to recapture the random experimentation of the early brews

Cask: Poured a burnt orange with bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, caramel, malty. Taste is bitter hops, fruity, a bit citrus, then that malt gains ground, underlying caramel sweetness. Very balanced
