11/2/2022. Cask at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is sweet, marshmallow, sweet stewed fruits, toffee, touch of veg. Heavy sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly sticky, soft carbonation.
